Now you can have your timber fascia and cladding replaced with PVCu along with new gutters.

We can either cover your existing timber (only if it is in good condition) or replace it completely with PVCu in either white or woodgrain effect. So you will never have to cut out rotting timber or paint ever again.

Summary of Installation

Full replacement means that all the existing fascias and/or soffits are removed before any PVCu product is installed.

Once the fascias are removed we then have a clear view of the main roof timbers and if any are rotted, depending on the extent of the rot, we either replace the rotted timbers at no extra cost or ask you to inspect the extent of the rot and our fitter or builders of your choice can repair the rot before any installation begins.

WE NEVER COVER ROT.

We then lift the first few rows of tiles (not gable ends) and replace the first few inches of felt with either DPC or monofoil high performance PVCu felt (when necessary).  Any exposed timber is now treated with wood preservative.

We are now ready to start installation.  All fixings are stainless steel, so they never rust, visible fixings have trim top heads.

Whenever possible we use full lengths of PVCu so we have a minimum amount of joints.  However, PVCu lengths only come in five metre lengths so on longer runs we have to join lengths with purpose made joints for a neat finish.

We always remove and replace the existing gutter.
